    Requisition Name: Executive Chef

    Location: New York, NY

    Rate: $90K-120K + bonuses + benefits

    Job Overview:

    REQUIREMENTS:The ACES Team is akin to a resource team - those chosen for the ACES team are there to learn the company and then eventually (2-6 months) be placed as an Executive Chef on a team in a prestigious law firm, tech company, financial firm, Prestigous Airport Lounges, or other headquarter type company.
    Job Summary
    • Working as an Ace Team Executive Chef, you are responsible for supporting the culinary functions for FLIK accounts in the Chicago area. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account.
    • The assigned territory will include Chicago, Lake Forest and O'Hare.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
    • Plans and creates all menus
    • Purchases and manages inventory
    Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Culinary degree preferred
    • Three to five years of culinary management experience
    • High volume production and catering experience is essential
    • Previous experience managing cost controls
    • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
    • Ideally from a high end hotel with catering and multiple outlets
