    Description

    Object Computing, Inc. is looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business relationships, maintaining existing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, building rapport with key business executives and stakeholders, and driving sales for OCI.

    Responsibilities

    • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
    • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
    • Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
    • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
    • Remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
    • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
    • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
    • Building and maintaining a CRM

    Requirements

    • Candidates must be near the St. Louis office as this is a hybrid role with onsite weekly requirements.
    • 7+ years of experience in a related function is required. Direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in sales or professional services functions in Fortune 1000, mid-tier, and/or start-up companies, technology consulting experience is highly preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
    • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
    • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
    • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Understanding of current technologies and willingness to investigate current and future trends and shifts in technology to better advise clients
    • Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes
    • Experience with CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce, etc
    • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
