    Senior Manager – Technical Writers Team Leader

    Uniphore, the leader in Enterprise AI, is revolutionizing enterprise conversations by leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to deliver a better experience for both customers and employees.

    As Senior Manager, Technical Writers you would be responsible for managing a global team of writers.

    You and your team would work closely with Product Managers, Product Engineers, and other stakeholders around the globe, to create and maintain world class technical documentation across Uniphore's portfolio of products.

    Atlanta, GA


    Responsibilities:
    Closely manage a remote group of ~10 writers
    Evaluate and optimize working processes
    Define and execute excellence in technical documentation
    Define and meet KPIs for the Technical Writers team.
    Align documents with product roadmap and with products
    Maintain an online help-center for internal and external customers
    Prioritize activities to achieve internal and external deadlines
    Build strong relationships, ensure cross collaboration among teams to ensure successful outcomes

    Requirements:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field
    Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
    At least five years of professional experience as a technical writer, preferably for enterprise software products.
    At least 3 years experience managing Technical Writers team, preferably for enterprise software products.
    Additional Requirements for Senior Candidates

    Experience developing objectives, policies, and procedures that affect immediate operations and that may have company-wide effects.
    Ability to drive strategy and success of projects/programs that contribute to multiple areas of the organization.
    Awareness that erroneous decisions will result in critical delays in schedules/operations and jeopardize overall business activities.
    $125,000 - $189,000 a year
