    Description

    Job Description:

    • Engage heavily with Hiring Managers and other Laboratory Technicians
    • Oversee Data Collection Program
    • Assist in Test Facilitation – Encouraging individuals to efficiently visit the Laboratory to complete tasks
    • Provide Progress Reports – focus is not on technical aspects
    • Collaborate with a group of data requesters
    • Collect requirements from requesters, develop project plans, and act like a marketing manager to recruit individuals both internally and externally to participate as testers – oversee the session
    • Not confined to a desk – will collaborate with a variety of individuals

    Candidate Qualifications:

    Required:


    • 4-6 Years of Project Management experience – ideally 4-6 years in Program Coordination


    • Proficient in Reporting


    • Skilled in Optimizing plans and reducing costs


    • Strong Writing Abilities


    • Experience in Project Tracking and Metrics


    • Adaptability and ability to learn quickly

    Preferred:


    • Project Management skills are a plus – Emphasis on Execution
