Responsibilities:
Design production layout, from project initiative phase to EOP

Study, support and initiate continuous improvement projects regarding efficiency improvement, wastage reduction, and more

Lead in problem solving including manufacturing process stability, quality, plant layout, and overall supply chain

Deliver intensive guidance and training to project members, IE and managers for mastering and implementing lean knowledge

Clear result orientation, managing and coordinating company cost saving projects

Lead manufacturing cost improvement projects and responsible for the results

Lead in product quotation, BOM/Routine set up and maintenance, Lean training for all levels and standardization: WI, visualization, 5S, LPA

Other tasks arranged by the supervisor

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in IE or science and Engineering

Over 5 years experience in production management and Continuous Improvement

Over 5 years experience in team management

Good knowledge of IE, lean management and enterprise continuous improvement, cost control, and project management

Basic knowledge of machine and electric

Cross functional team communication skills

Excellent execution capability and responsible for the results

Advanced level of English proficiency and Microsoft Office skill
