- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement interdisciplinary care plans. Communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.
- Advocacy: Advocate for patients' rights, preferences, and needs within the healthcare system. Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure respectful and patient-centered care.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, including cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, and other critical situations. Provide life-saving interventions and coordinate emergency care as needed.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement in clinical practice and contribute to evidence-based practice
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
