    Job Description:
    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our finance team.

    The ideal candidate will handle complex accounting tasks, ensure accuracy in financial records, and provide critical support in financial reporting and analysis.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Transactions:
    Process and record complex financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

    Reconciliation:
    Perform detailed reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial records.

    Financial Reporting:
    Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

    Month-End Close:
    Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

    Audit Support:
    Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:
    Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

    Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

    Process Improvement:
    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.

    Documentation:
    Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.


    Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably as an accounting specialist or in a similar capacity.
