Description
Under limited supervision, works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required. Performs administrative/physical tasks associated with shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials, parts, supplies equipment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for receiving all deliveries made and allocating them to the correct stock location or department.
- Unloading trucks. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
- Maintains records of shipped and/or received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items when necessary. Inspecting each product for damages to outside packaging. Noting damages on Bill Of lading prior to signing for delivery.
- Break down pallets and remove outer packaging which requires use of hand tools and power tools.
- Lift heavy items and may operate forklift.
- Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment.
- Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
- Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Confirming quantity received matches purchase orders.
- Receiving orders into Finesse and updating inventory.
- Allocating each part or pump to correct inventory location.
- May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.
- Train Material Handlers with their assigned job functions.
- Act as a lead in the absence of supervisor.
- Complies with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training.
- Maintain a safety goal of 100%
- Complies with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training.
- Maintains clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara and customer safety policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Competency Statement(s)
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. Ability to wear a respirator, hearing protection, gloves, and continually wear eye protection.
- The ability to perform the identified essential functions of the classification, including the operation of any machinery and/or equipment that is associated with performing the essential functions.

Education
- High School diploma or G.E.D., Associates degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Requirement:
Possesses a general understanding of receiving orders and signing for delivery.
- Supply Chain Knowledge
Minimum Requirement:
Must be able to differentiate carriers i.e. FedEx, UPS ETC.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Speaking in front of groups. Strong time management skills. Selfstarter.
- Demonstrated leadership and program management skills.
- Working knowledge of material handling equipment.
- Working knowledge of shipping and receiving protocol documents.
- Strong relationship building skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customer.
