- Assist faculty members in identifying relevant grant opportunities.
- Review, prepare, and submit grant applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Monitor submission deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Collaborate with faculty to develop funding strategies and research proposals.
- Stay updated on funding trends, opportunities, and regulations.
- Work with faculty to develop grant budgets.
- Monitor and manage grant expenditures in compliance with grant guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with grant terms and conditions.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to funding agencies.
- Maintain accurate grant records and documentation.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for faculty on grant-related topics.
- Serve as a resource for faculty regarding grant-related inquiries.
- Assist in the development and refinement of grant proposals, including reviewing and editing proposal content.
- Provide guidance on the presentation of research ideas and objectives.

- Demonstrated experience in grant writing, management, or administration.
- Strong understanding of grant regulations and compliance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with faculty and funding agencies.
- Proficient in using relevant software and databases for grant management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
