    Description


    As part of the EF Academy Admissions team, this role involves implementing key marketing strategies to drive inquiries about the school, increasing enrollments, and building brand awareness locally, nationally and globally.

    The role entails positioning the school as a thought leader in the community through hosted events, earned media and speaking opportunities.

    The role ensures that the school has an outreach program that widens the schools network, positive relationships, and reputation with the community.

    The Enrollment Coordinator will be one of the in-person faces of EF Academy and will provide campus tours, speak generally about our academic and extra-curricular programs, and ultimately support families through the Admissions journey to enrollment.

    This role will also build and manage relationships with feeder schools and travel throughout California and the western United States to recruit EF Academy students.


    Who you are:
    4-year bachelors degree1-3 years of Academic Admissions or Sales experienceExperience in working with a CRMExperience using digital and social media trends and tools to influence the sales life cycleUnderstanding of California high school curriculum and requirements to graduateSome experience or background working with marketing and rolling out a marketing strategy that entails advertising and press releases to build lead generationKnowledge of the Los Angeles/Southern California areaPassion for international education, students, and travelDynamic, energetic, customer service-orientedCurious and creativeSelf-motivated, flexible, adaptable to different tasks at handExcellent communicator both oral and writtenExcellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and as a part of a global teamProactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achievedCalm working under pressureWhat you'll do:Managing pipeline of prospective familiesMaintain and update database systemWork closely with Enrollment Advisor to learn details of pipeline managementMake qualifying initial connections with prospective familiesManage individual pipeline of applicantsCollaborate with the US Admissions Teams recruitment strategy to enroll mission-aligned studentsHelping create student quotes and track tuition paymentsCommunication with families to obtain admissions documents during and after enrollmentSupport and host outreach eventsCreating documents and event signage using set branding standardsPreparation of event materialsParticipate in implementing and staffing admissions events throughout the school year, both on and off campusWork closely with the Marketing and Communications ManagerCollaborate on making content for social media and newslettersCreating reports for targeted emails within the databaseOther duties as assigned my Heads of EnrollmentAbout EF
