We are seeking an experienced Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling individuals into our programs.

You will be responsible for managing the enrollment process, providing guidance and support to potential participants, and ensuring a smooth transition into our programs.

Duties:

- ⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategies to recruit individuals for program enrollment
- ⁠ ⁠Conduct outreach activities to promote program awareness and attract potential participants
- ⁠ ⁠Provide information and guidance to individuals interested in enrolling in our programs
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate enrollment activities, such as scheduling interviews and orientations
- ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless transition for enrolled participants
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of enrollment data and participant information
- ⁠ ⁠Monitor program capacity and make recommendations for adjustments as needed


Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

• ⁠ ⁠Previous experience in volunteer management or public health is preferred

- ⁠ ⁠Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and practices is a plus
- ⁠ ⁠Proven experience in project management and program development
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to effectively recruit, educate, and supervise program participants
- ⁠ ⁠Experience in fundraising or grant writing is desirable


Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
