Description
We are seeking an experienced Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling individuals into our programs.You will be responsible for managing the enrollment process, providing guidance and support to potential participants, and ensuring a smooth transition into our programs.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit individuals for program enrollment
- Conduct outreach activities to promote program awareness and attract potential participants
- Provide information and guidance to individuals interested in enrolling in our programs
- Coordinate enrollment activities, such as scheduling interviews and orientations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless transition for enrolled participants
- Maintain accurate records of enrollment data and participant information
- Monitor program capacity and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience in volunteer management or public health is preferred
- Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and practices is a plus
- Proven experience in project management and program development
- Ability to effectively recruit, educate, and supervise program participants
- Experience in fundraising or grant writing is desirable
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
