As a TDL, you will act as a cultural ambassador and programming guide for our regional Talent team, fostering supportive relationships and ensuring the delivery of a top-notch workout experience.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Talent Development:
      • Support Instructor development to enhance the workout experience
      • Coach Instructors on community building and social media engagement
      • Create brand-aligned social media strategies for Instructors
      • Collaborate with Marketing on programming guidelines
    • Address programming issues to enhance Instructor performance
    • Conduct regular feedback sessions and team-building events
    • Evaluate and ensure quality of workout experiences
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Full-time availability with flexibility
    • Group Fitness Certification
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
    • Proven track record in fitness instruction
    • Minimum 1 year tenure at Barry's
    Essential Skills & Abilities:
    • Ability to work full-time with consistent attendance
    • Physical capability for the role's demands
    • Effective communication in English
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and creatively
