Main Responsibilities:

• Take charge of developing and architecting sophisticated applications and frameworks, ensuring they are sturdy, scalable, and easy to maintain.
• Get your hands dirty with coding, contribute your part to the projects, and offer technical guidance to the development team.
• Join solution design sessions, architectural reviews, and strategic discussions on system development.
• Promote the use of top practices in coding, testing, and continuous integration/delivery.
• Evaluate and suggest cloud-based solutions, considering the advantages of cloud technologies whenever it makes sense.
• Work closely with stakeholders to grasp requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Guide junior developers, nurturing a climate of technical greatness and collaborative issue-solving.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, endlessly enhancing the team's technical skills.

Requirements:

• Vast experience in .NET development with a rich portfolio of successful projects.
• Proven proficiency in designing and constructing applications/frameworks from the ground up.
• Adept in .NET, SQL, and front-end development featuring React.
• Prior experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a strong plus, possessing a solid knowledge of cloud services and deployment models.
• Superb problem-solving abilities and a knack for making well-founded architectural decisions.
• Excellent leadership skills, having guided development teams and contributed to solution design and architectural conversations.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in CDO/CLO (Collateralized Debt Obligation/Collateralized Loan Obligation) ecosystem, deep comprehension is essential.
• Acquainted with the financial sector, especially with the complexities of debt instruments, risk management, and compliance.
