- Manage day-to-day operations, including reviewing paperwork, contacting customers, and scheduling jobs.
- Oversee 12 construction crews and 3-4 superintendents to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
- Transition the team to Salesforce for project management and streamline manual processes.
- Collaborate with partners and field staff to maintain a smooth workflow and address any issues that arise.
- Take ownership of the role and contribute to the company's growth and success.
- 3+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in roofing or plumbing services.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and ability to guide homeowners through projects.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Google Suite, Acrobat Pro, and experience with financial software like QuickBooks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make decisions and communicate effectively with diverse personalities.
- Flexibility in work hours and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
