Description
A major entertainment client with theme parks, resorts, and cruise lines is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the team that runs all aspects of product strategy, concept development, defining, and implementing these initiatives in collaboration with key partners for the web and mobile apps that support guest-experiences for the parks and resorts among other guest experiences.
This position will be focused on Personalization, delivering industry-leading, highly personalized, timely, and relevant content experiences via web and mobile applications.
They will lead the overall personalization platform roadmap, integration across products and capabilities, and long-term personalization program at scale.They will work closely with operations, design, analytics, development, and executive teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities.
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality products and applications that Guests love

Required Skills & Experience
