UX Manager (m/f/d)

What to expect:

You will holistically consider the user experience of our customers throughout the entire product development phase, from idea generation to specification and conception

Together with internal colleagues from various departments and external partners, you will coordinate the customer-oriented, cross-product conception of our digital products such as our webshop, customer app, and more

To take our digital products to the next level, you will create simple and user-centered UX concepts from complex relationships and requirements, for example, using user journeys and business rules

You will create user stories including acceptance criteria

You will naturally work with numbers, data, and facts - especially with behavioral analytics - so that you can use the insights gained
