    Ben jij een praktisch ingestelde engineer met een Rotterdamse mentaliteit? Heb je ervaring met het beheren van gebouw gebonden installaties en ben je analytisch en communicatief sterk? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou Als Utility & Buildings Engineer kom je terecht in een energiek en multidisciplinair technisch team dat samenwerkt om productieprocessen soepel te laten verlopen.

    Jouw werkzaamheden in een notendop
    Je bent de motor achter het soepel functioneren van geconditioneerde ruimtes gebouwen en utilities. Vanuit een praktische instelling en analytische blik, speur je naar knelpunten in processen en techniek en bied je duurzame oplossingen. Je schrikt niet terug voor flexibele werkuren, omdat jij begrijpt dat soms een extra inspanning nodig is. Met jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden neem je zowel interne als externe stakeholders mee in verbetertrajecten, waarbij je zowel sturend als dienend optreedt.

    Jouw werkplek
    Met één voet op de vloer en één voet op kantoor, bevind je je in een dynamische omgeving waar operationele uitvoering hand in hand gaat met technische expertise. Je werkt nauw samen met monteurs, engineers, werkvoorbereiders en externe partijen om de geconditioneerde ruimtes gebouw- en utility systemen te optimaliseren en te onderhouden. Het team staat bekend om hun toewijding en bereidheid om elkaar te ondersteunen.
    Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in het beheren van gebouw gebonden installaties zoals luchtbehandeling, watersystemen, perslucht en drukhuishouding.
    Ervaring binnen farma of FMCG omgeving, waardoor je bekend bent met kwaliteitseisen en ernaar kunt handelen.
    Voor deze functie is GMP- en Farma-ervaring een vereiste.
    Analytische geest om knelpunten te ontdekken en verbeteringen te initiëren.
    Flexibele instelling, bereidheid tot incidenteel overwerken en weekenddiensten.
    Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om veranderingen intern en extern te stimuleren.
    Ervaring met maintenance engineering activiteiten waarbij op basis van proces, technische en data-analyse de onderhoudsaanpak van bestaande apparatuur en gebouw gebonden installaties TIO breed geoptimaliseerd wordt.

    Jij bent de pragmatische doener die we zoeken. Jouw Rotterdamse mentaliteit staat voor aanpakken en resultaten boeken. Je hebt oog voor detail en houdt altijd het grotere plaatje in gedachten. Met jouw communicatiekracht weet je anderen te enthousiasmeren voor verbeteringen en kun je tactisch schakelen tussen verschillende rollen binnen het team.
    Wat kun je van ons verwachten
    Als Utility & Buildings Engineer kom je terecht in een hecht team waarin jouw initiatief en expertise gewaardeerd worden. Het gaat om een nieuwe functie binnen TIO, waardoor je de ruimte krijgt om je functie zelf vorm te geven samen met de Manager TS en de manager Buildings & utilitys en hebt veel vrijheid in je handelen. Jouw impact strekt zich uit over meerdere afdelingen en draagt bij aan de verbetering van processen op de middellange termijn.
    Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.764,- en € 5.871,- op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Het exacte salaris stemmen we af op de kennis en werkervaring die jij meebrengt.
