RESPONSIBILITIES

In our 24-month trainee program with a flexible start date:

You will get to know the diverse activities in the construction environment of BASF at the Ludwigshafen site.
You will gain insights into various stations of technical building equipment (planning, construction execution, and maintenance of technical systems in the chemical environment).
You will familiarize yourself with operational tasks in different departments and take responsibility for sub-projects.
Expand your intercultural skills and build your network during an optional stay at another BASF location.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for responsible candidates who approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and are committed to further developing BASF.
