    As they continue growing, they are looking fo add a talented Mechanical Engineer to their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and engineering HVAC and plumbing systems for a wide array of building and facility projects.

    What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

    • Take the lead in conceptualizing, designing, and engineering HVAC and plumbing systems tailored to the unique needs of each project.
    • Develop comprehensive mechanical and plumbing specifications that adhere to industry standards and project requirements.
    • Utilize cutting-edge CAD software to produce precise and detailed mechanical drawings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the design process.
    • Work closely with our team of electrical engineers to ensure seamless integration and coordination of mechanical and electrical systems within building designs.
    • Engage with clients, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies to facilitate clear communication and project alignment from inception to completion.
    • Leverage your expertise with REVIT software to enhance design efficiency and collaboration, driving innovation in our project delivery process.
    • While project management experience is desirable, this role offers opportunities for growth in this area, with exposure to project management tasks and responsibilities.

    What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • 8-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in building design.
    • P.E. or E.I.T. designation preferred
    • Previous experience in designing HVAC and plumbing systems for building projects is highly valued.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in CAD software is essential, with experience in REVIT considered a significant asset.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing ideas and solutions to complex engineering challenges.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
