The Project Manager position seeks to understand the client's business needs and exceed expectations in delivery and value using standard project management methodology.
What You'll Do
·Chief of Staff role to Senior Director (Product org)
·Running the teams Rhythm of Business, driving alignment between teams on priorities, executive communications and presentations, ad hoc support for operations (head count tracking, financials)
·Ability to build client knowledge and credibility quickly
·Establish and maintain rapport with key account decision makers and influencers
·Develop full-scale project plans, risk assessments, change control, and progress reports
·Ensure high quality of deliverables and high levels of client satisfaction
·Ensure and oversee launch of fully-functional deliverables on time, within budget, and within agreed-upon scope
What You'll Bring
·Complex Business Management/Chief of Staff required
·Background in project / program / portfolio management required
·Familiar with Agile delivery methods, highly organized, self-starter
·Fast paced, dynamic environment
·Prior Telco preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base pay range is $70/HR to $80/HR. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
