This is an in-person position located in our Sandy office.
This is not a remote opportunity.
Successful candidates will have 1-2 years recent experience.
At Suncrest Hospice our goal is to change the expectation of hospice care in your area by providing exceptional care and service to our patients.
This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads.

Details:
Month-end Prep
rolling patient data, confirming patients eligibility, confirming number of days, rate, facility NPI, Client portions
Run benefits on the payers portals and ensure data matches patient files, reconcile differences if needed
Pre-Bill facilities
Gather W9s, Match patients on service, ensure rates and CP amounts are correct. Follow-up and reconcile any differences.
Review invoices that the facilities send over as well to confirm charges and information match what our system shows
Responsible for communication emails and correspondence with the facilities, home offices and billers
Reconcile checks cut to facilities to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
High school education
Proficient in Excel
1-2 years of customer service experience
HPSSC
