We are currently seeking for our client, SMA Solar Technology AG, *****

  • Specialist Purchasing (m/f/d)

Your tasks *****

- You will be responsible for purchasing and disposition of items through distributors and suppliers

- You will coordinate supplier management with ***** control of escalation processes in case of material shortages, inventory optimization, and implementation of different procurement models

- Continuous material processing from purchase request to delivery will be part of your daily tasks

- You will support internal, departmental, and company-wide improvement projects and process optimizations

- You will be in charge of monitoring key performance indicators and taking responsibility for inventory management of the relevant product group

- You will coordinate material procurement for EMS, including creating customer orders, providing tracking data, creating invoices, and issuing credit notes

Your profile *****

- You have completed vocational training as a specialist in purchasing and logistics

- Several years of experience in purchasing in an industrial company are mandatory, knowledge of electromechanics is an advantage

- You have experience working with the service business

- You have advanced knowledge of SAP S4HANA (MM module)
