These are your tasks:
You take on the entire talent search process from posting job ads to onboarding. You support our managers in the selection process and in conducting job interviews on-site as well as virtually. You identify trends for talent acquisition. You assist in continuously optimizing recruiting processes and expanding benefit programs. You work on various HR projects, such as developing our employer branding and HR software.
