To strengthen the existing team at a residential facility for people with disabilities with an integrated day structure, we are currently looking for a:
Pedagogue / Special Needs Caregiver / Nursing Specialist / Career Changer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Care and individualized support for adults with disabilities
  • Pedagogical intervention, guidance, and support in everyday situations
  • Medication administration and nursing assistance
  • Accompanying medical appointments
  • Crisis intervention
  • Contributing new ideas and perspectives for the development of the residential facility
  • Objective observation, evaluation, and documentation
Qualifications

  • Ideally a degree as a staterecognized special needs caregiver (m/f/d), educator (m/f/d), or similar pedagogical qualification
  • Professional experience is desirable but not required
  • Willingness to work shifts in early and late shifts
  • Driver's license (Class B) is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of common computer programs (MS, Word, Syimphony for documentation)
