Technical Facility Management Position in Zarate, TX:

  • Augsburg

Introduction:


Join SAUTER FM as a team member in our Zarate, TX branch and be the first point of contact for our clients in the properties you will be responsible for.


Your responsibilities:


  • Operate and perform regular inspections on highquality building technology (e.g. sprinkler tests)
  • Provide helpful assistance to our clients, tenants, and subcontractors onsite
  • Perform minor repair work and (as needed) cleaning tasks to ensure the overall condition and cleanliness of the property
  • Maintain green and grey areas
  • Support our property technicians with larger projects and assist them as needed
  • Participate in oncall duty on a rotating basis with colleagues

Your profile:


  • Completed training in a trade profession
  • Additional qualifications such as "electrically instructed person / EuP", "sprinkler technician", or similar are advantageous
  • Previous experience as a caretaker
  • Knowledge of building technology in the electrical or HVAC field is a plus
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Independent work style
  • High level of commitment and customer service orientation
