    Description

    Executive Administrative Support Specialist at Arizona State University

    This job opportunity at ASU in Tempe is all about providing top-notch support to the Vice Provost for Academic Alliances and the Associate Vice Provost. You'll be the go-to person for calendar management, travel arrangements, document preparation, and much more.

    • Efficiently manage calendars, schedule meetings, and events.
    • Assist with complex scheduling projects for key team priorities.
    • Plan travel itineraries, make reservations, and reconcile payments.
    • Collect and compile information for reports and presentations.
    • Act as a liaison between the Vice Provost and stakeholders.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelors degree in Business or related field AND four years of admin experience; OR, Eight years of admin experience; OR, Equivalent combination of experience and education.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience supporting high-level executives.
    • Knowledge of university policies and procedures.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Ability to navigate difficult conversations.
    • Experience working in a team environment with tight deadlines.

    Working Environment

    Office-based role involving extended periods of sitting and computer work.
