    Description

    Job Title: Administrative Support II

    Job Type: Contract

    Site Type: Hybrid (Culver City, CA)

    Duration: Month with the possibility of extension

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform various administrative tasks
    • Schedule appointments, provide information to callers, and take dictation
    • Write memos, transcribe notes, and research and create presentations
    • Create reports, manage multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports
    • Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma required
    • 2-4 years of experience in the field or related area
    • 2 years of administrative experience
    • Proficient in MS Outlook scheduling, calendar management, and email handling
    • Strong in-person, verbal, and written communication skills
    • High emotional intelligence
    • Familiarity with various field concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Ability to plan and achieve goals based on experience and judgment
    • Able to carry out a variety of complex tasks
    • Able to supervise and guide the work of others
    • Expected to demonstrate a high degree of creativity and autonomy
