The real estate activities of the Deka Group are bundled in the real estate business area.

The main tasks of this business area include fund management, property management, and the purchase and sale of real estate.


You can expect the following:


As a working student (m/f/d), your support is needed in the valuation process and general tasks related to real estate valuation.

You will also process appraisal invoices and organize property viewings. You will enjoy preparing for and following up on valuation dates. You will handle correspondence and coordinate with internal and external contacts. Lastly, you will have the opportunity to conduct market and property analyses.


You bring the following:

  • You are in the advanced stage of your studies at a university in the Rhein/Main area.
  • You are studying in a program with a focus on real estate (basic knowledge in the field of market value determination is advantageous).
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You have good computer skills, especially in MS Word and MS Excel. (Knowledge of SAP is advantageous).
  • You have English skills at least at level B
  • You enjoy working and communicating in a team. You are flexible and creative in finding sustainable solutions. Your working style
