Join us in shaping a strong future as a Controller (m/f/d) for the Financial Services department at Klinikum Konstanz, starting as soon as possible in a full-time position.


What to expect:


  • Operational revenue and cost controlling
  • Conducting profitability calculations and cost estimates
  • Handling adhoc inquiries
  • Creating and developing monthly reporting, contribution margin and cost center accounting
  • Participation in various project tasks, including the implementation of a data warehouse system
  • Participation in preparation and followup of fee negotiations
  • Participation in yearend closing activities

Who you are:


  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable field (Bachelor/Master), ideally with a focus on hospitals
  • You have knowledge of the DRG system and hospital legislation (KHEntgG, KHG)
  • Knowledge of SAP/CO module and BI solutions or data warehouse systems would be an advantage
  • You have excellent skills in MS Office applications
  • You have the ability to efficiently analyze and solve problems pragmatically
  • You are highly selfmotivated, committed, and a team player
