    Saints Peter and Paul Church in Towanda is looking for a full-time Office Manager for the Parish Office.

    Role and responsibilities may include, but not limited to,

    Create, format and distribute Church Publications including Weekly Bulletin, notices, announcements, and other printed materials as needed
    Manage the Master Church Calendar
    Maintain and update multiple church records
    Count and track donations, and offerings
    Purchasing office and church related supplies while being fiscally responsible
    Create and distribute materials as needed for church events: funerals, weddings, dinners, etc.
    Direct office volunteers
    Answer church phones during office hours
    Other duties as assigned by the Pastor


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher, Outlook, and Teams.
    Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
    Ability to quickly prioritize and handle numerous tasks at once
    Highly energetic self-starter/learner; willingness to explore new possibilities
    Passion for working in a Christian environment; Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality


    Additional Notes:
    The position requires some flexibility to work extra hours when necessary. Weekends may be included
    Personal vehicle needed to go to the post office, bank, and events as needed
