The job profile of an office clerk is versatile, modern, and future-oriented.During your training as a management assistant, you will learn everything about commercial tasks in the areas of accounting, personnel management, invoice processing, and office processes.
You will learn various secretarial and assistant tasks to ensure that all processes in the office run smoothly. Coordinating appointments, preparing meetings, and handling correspondence with internal and external partners are also part of your training.You will get to know the different departments of our location and support in administrative tasks in purchasing, warehouse, financial accounting, human resources, and our project teams.
In addition to practical training in the office, you will also attend vocational school.

Your profile:
- Secondary school diploma or higher education
- Strong service mentality and affinity for commercial and economic topics
- Enjoy working with people and strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of German and mathematics
- Previous experience with common MS Office applications, such as Word and Excel
- Motivation and willingness to work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Sense of responsibility
