Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting for commercial offices and spaces
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Perform routine inspections to ensure facilities are wellmaintained
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe and responsible manner
Qualifications:

Minimum three (3) years previous experience in facilities maintenance or janitorial work required:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
Skills:
- Maintain cleanliness
- Clean surfaces
- Custodial work
- Commercial cleaning experience 3 years +
- Floor care knowledge
