    Assistant Branch Manager
    - Supports the Branch Manager in achieving branch goals and maintaining a service-oriented environment by identifying financial solutions. Assumes branch responsibilities in the absence of the Branch Manager.

    Hiring Range: $22.53 to $25.00 per hour along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package. Compensation may vary by location and is based on qualifications and experience.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
    • In the absence of the Branch Manager or as directed, conducts daily team huddles.
    • Meets assigned performance goals.
    • Proactively plans and implements activities to promote referrals to the sales team.
    • Manages branch operations and teller functions efficiently.
    • Ensures prompt and accurate customer service following guidelines.
    • Ensures branch compliance with operating guidelines and policies.
    • Ensures successful completion of annual reviews and audits.
    • Administers HR policies and procedures as directed by the Branch Manager.
    • Manages staff scheduling to meet customer demands.
    • Operates within assigned budget and expense controls.
    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Assists in branch duties when necessary for efficient customer service.
    • Maintains current understanding of Bank procedures, policies, and regulations.
    • Performs other assigned work-related duties.
    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
    • High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
    • Ability to lead and direct others.
    • Management experience required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of Bank products and teller operations systems.
    • Proficiency in using personal computers and Windows programs.
    • Understanding of Bank policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws.
    LEVEL DISTINCTION
    Level based on number of households and teller transactions.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    • May be required to lift up to 25 pounds
