For our region with stores in Dortmund, Emden, Emsbüren, Hamm, Münster, Osnabrück, and Wesel, we are looking for you as a store manager trainee (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

During your maximum two-year training, you will be prepared for your responsible, versatile, and varied tasks in different stores within the region.

Leading employees, teaching sales skills, developing your professional and personal strengths
Combination of store assignments, customer contacts, and the opportunity to implement new ideas from seminars and regular feedback discussions with your superiors
Implementation of sales-promoting measures
Your profile
Enjoying sales and interacting with customers
Interest in taking responsibility for the store, our customers, employees, and sales
Readiness to take on responsibility, team spirit, and flexible availability within regular store opening hours
Confident appearance and friendly demeanor
Experience in sales
Connection to the topic of motorcycles
Ideally a commercial apprenticeship or a commercially oriented degree
Willingness to travel
