At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a full-time branch manager (m/f/d) for our branch in Schweinfurt (Franz-Schubert-Straße, in Netto).

Your responsibilities as a branch manager (m/f/d) include: working in the branch on a daily basis, responsibility for demand-oriented use of goods and personnel planning, leading, developing and motivating employees, achieving sales and profit goals for the branch, optimal product presentation, and executing the role of host with a high level of service orientation.

We are looking for someone who has completed a vocational training, ideally in the bakery or gastronomy sector, and has gained professional or leadership experience in the bakery, gastronomy, or food wholesale industry.

You should also have a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and an efficient way of working. Your positive attitude and passion for our fresh baked goods should inspire both employees and customers.
