    RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONSEffectively manage inbound end-user and dealer support requestsTroubleshoot product and component issuesMaintain detailed notes regarding all service activities in CRMConsistently create accurate and detailed work ordersAct as an ambassador for FFL Brands and the products it sellsPAY, CLASS & BENEFITS $18-$20/hrFull-time; Hourly; Non-exemptStandard FFL Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, LTD, STD, 401(k) Match, Employee Purchase ProgramRequirementsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE Strong deductive reasoning ability when it comes to troubleshooting and repairing mechanical partsAbility to ask logical question to help identify technical issues quickly and effectivelyExcellent communication skillsPrioritizes high-level customer service for all customersAttention to detailEDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 2+ years of customer service, sales or related experienceProficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google SuiteSalesforce or similar CRM experience preferredSalary DescriptionFull-Time; Hourly; Non-Exempt; $18-$20/hr#J-18808-Ljbffr
