- Enters and manages the creation of new items in the ERP system, maintains item data and manages the change order processes, updates data in the ERP system in support of the change orders.
- Maintains an organized filing system electronically, as related to company records for change orders and manually created NIRFs.
- Facilitates communication between departments to ensure that essential product or process information is correct as it relates to new items in the system.
- Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.
- Requires a high school diploma with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with an ERP system (Oracle/SAP).
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office products including MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively across functional areas.
- Attention to details and good organizational capabilities.
- Must be able to prioritize and deliver consistently to deadlines for completion of tasks while making sure that processes and procedures are followed consistently.

The Supply Chain Data Control Specialist is responsible for the gathering, reviewing, entering, and maintenance of data required for new and existing items in Uponor's enterprise resourcing planning (ERP) system.
The Supply Chain Data Control Specialist will also maintain documentation to support required approvals for change orders (OCOs and ECOs).
This position will work closely with their team to ensure data entered is accurate and adhere to business processes that are in place.
This role is considered a HYBRID position. The ideal candidate will be located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area with periodic onsite work at our North American manufacturing headquarters in Apple Valley, MN.What will you do?
