Your responsibilities

Training in on-site construction supervision, control, and acceptance of trades
Assisting in the review of technical plans and tender documents
Participating in negotiations and awarding of subcontractor services
Creating schedules, cost and quantity calculations
Cost and schedule control, quality assurance, and defect tracking

Your profile

Successfully completed (technical) university degree in architecture, civil engineering, a training as a construction technician or a comparable degree
Proficient in common MS Office programs
Commitment and willingness to learn
Teamwork
