    We're continuing down the path of high growth and high impact, and this role is a key member of the Marketing Team making that happen.


    As Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving awareness and adoption of HealthJoy's products across employers and their benefits consultants.

    You will work very closely with our Product Marketing Lead to drive adoption across all of HealthJoy's products amongst our customers and prospects.

    This role is highly cross-functional, requiring partnership with many teams including Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other departments within Marketing.

    Your impact.

    Buyer Audience Expertise

    — Understand our buyer audience (i.e. employers and their benefits consultants) and their needs; understand buying cycle and players involved; maintain buyer personas in partnership with Product Marketing Lead

    Market Intelligence

    — Keep up with employee wellbeing programs available in the market (including competitors and alternatives to our partners); understand our buyers' perception of the problems these programs are solving and how our buyers are addressing it today

    Positioning & GTM Strategy

    — Own product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for product launches that support our benefits engagement and employee wellbeing value propositions; collaborate with Product Marketing Lead, external partners, Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, and other relevant teams to develop and execute a strong GTM strategy in service of driving adoption

    Field Team Enablement

    — Train Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams how to position benefits engagement enhancements in the market and how to position employee wellbeing programs alongside HealthJoy's navigation platform; partner with Enablement team to ensure field team certifications, quizzes, etc. align with product positioning

    Post-Launch Analysis

    — Evaluate product positioning in-market and identify opportunities to improve positioning or GTM strategy in service of product adoption

    Your experience.

    A strategic collaborator with Product teams with a passion for the customer — getting into the nitty-gritty details to uncover customer needs, craft compelling narratives, and enable customers to find success

    Bachelor's or graduate degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in product marketing (or a related field) in the B2B SaaS and/or healthcare/benefits space

    An organized, structured thinker who manages projects efficiently to successful outcomes while empathetically driving alignment with cross-functional partners

    A keen attention to detail and quality with high standards for the work you deliver

    Track record of translating insights into differentiated positioning that compels customers to take action

    Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment

    Outstanding oral and written communication skills

    Problem solver mindset with a high level of accountability

    Job Level: 30


    Base Compensation Range for Job Level:
    $95,000-115,000 Annually

    The cash compensation above includes base salary only.

    Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives.


    HealthJoy maintains a comprehensive strategy to determine rewarding and competitive packages for individual compensation for new hires, internal promotions and internal job changes.

    This strategy is based on several factors unique to each individual, including: 1) the skills, experience and qualifications of the individual; 2) the responsibilities and demands of the role; 3) analysis of external market data; and 4) company budget and financial performance.

    HealthJoy is a remote-first employer.

    The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.


    At HealthJoy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role and individual.
