    Experience Required

    Location : Preferably New York/ New Jersey area

    This role would require the candidate to have a deepunderstanding of integrated payroll function - payroll systems and relateddata. Another must is to have a thorough workday payroll experience.

    One of the major responsibilities will involvecommunication with the business counterparts and advising them on payrollissues. The clientreporting will beto the VP of HR technology, as a partner who can work with him solve complexpayroll issues and lead the business conversations.

    Excellent customer relationships coupled with oral andwritten communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully withsystem users, internal clients and developers.

    Roles & Responsibilities
    • This consultant should also be able to provideadvisory support and participate in business meetings. Experience indata and integration is crucial, as the consultant will be involved inbuilding systems and providing payroll support..
    • Subjectmatter expertise in full out-of-the-box capabilities of and functionalconfiguration experience in Workday Payroll
    • Provide subject matterexpertise in payr oll and provide operational support to the payrollmanager and collaborate with them to gather requirements, configure andcustomize Workday Payroll.
    • Payroll business process design andoptimization expertise leading to module (re)configuration
    • Researching and resolving day-to-day WorkdayPayroll issues
    • Work with client to support the newrequirements for Payroll in Workday
    • Creating and Updating Workday configurationsbased on requirement changes
    • Provide support for regular and specialPayroll processes in Workday
