Position Summary:


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Create and manage clientspecific project plans, aligning client timelines with internal dependencies
  • Coordinate technical resources to ensure integration solutions are aligned with business goals & timelines
  • Implement ADP's solutions to clients, following ADP guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within clientdefined timeliness
  • Train client users on all aspects of the WorkMarket platform and consult on best practices
  • Communicate consistently with client to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set up
  • Remain engaged with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully running ADP solutions
  • Maintain and expand knowledge and proficiency on implementation job function, ADP products/services and implementation best practices
  • Participate in internal process improvement projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in a BusinesstoBusiness client implementation, with any combination of consulting, SaaS implementation, Payroll implementation, project management or account management environment
  • Experience driving multifaceted project plans with many client stakeholders
  • Can easily learn and adopt new technologies as a front end user
  • Comfortable working in a lightly structured environment; flexibility to adapt client solution configuration and training approached based on scenario
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  • Ability to lead teams to accomplish tasks
  • Must be comfortable working in a performancebased environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
  • Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
