Position Summary:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and manage clientspecific project plans, aligning client timelines with internal dependencies
Coordinate technical resources to ensure integration solutions are aligned with business goals & timelines
Implement ADP's solutions to clients, following ADP guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within clientdefined timeliness
Train client users on all aspects of the WorkMarket platform and consult on best practices
Communicate consistently with client to resolve issues and provide solutions
Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set up
Remain engaged with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully running ADP solutions
Maintain and expand knowledge and proficiency on implementation job function, ADP products/services and implementation best practices
Participate in internal process improvement projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience working in a BusinesstoBusiness client implementation, with any combination of consulting, SaaS implementation, Payroll implementation, project management or account management environment
Experience driving multifaceted project plans with many client stakeholders
Can easily learn and adopt new technologies as a front end user
Comfortable working in a lightly structured environment; flexibility to adapt client solution configuration and training approached based on scenario
Strong client relationship skills
Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
Ability to lead teams to accomplish tasks
Must be comfortable working in a performancebased environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
