- Working experience with information technology and/or financial business experience
- Knowledge of business process mapping and re-engineering is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple LOB's and IT stakeholders.
- Adept understanding and know-how of business process and a technical understanding of IT and its impact on the business.
- Desire to keep current with technology and client industry.
- Strong perspective, understanding, and sensitivity towards company business issues.
- Creativity and flexibility in analytical skills to facilitate leveraging solutions for a win-win outcome.
- A strategic mindset that can proactively assess what's going on and enable our technology's efficiency for our field/service workers.
- Previous working experience of shaping and managing HR initiative demand via business analysis is a plus
- Working knowledge of what it takes to partner with other cross-functional BRMs and possess experience managing resource gaps and projects risk amid transformation and workforce reduction.
- Overseeing portfolio budget and HRIS implementation(s) in the past is desired.
- Experience managing and streamlining processes, to align strategy/budget through engagement of business partners.

What you'll do:
Develop and maintain a long-term partnership with one or more key business lines for functional executives to apply technology solutions to their business needs. Understand the business strategy, organization, function, goals and objectives of TTX. Serve as an effective point of contact and technology resource for the business line or functional head.
Use analytical ability to understand issues; identify, pursue, and influence opportunities to use technology to help the client reduce costs, improve service and address business risks. Assist business partners with understanding and navigating cross-functional process such as Governance & Risk, PMO, and project evaluations.
