Your tasks:

  • Advising and supporting our customers on travel and vacation bookings
  • First point of contact for inquiries from our new and existing customers, and direct communication via phone and email
  • Assisting customers with booking vacation trips and related tourist services (such as car rentals and travel insurance)
  • Booking and recording travel data and services in our systems

Your profile:

  • You have a communicative personality and enjoy customer conversations
  • You possess a service mentality and customer orientation
  • You have good time and organizational management skills
  • You have PC and internet affinity, as well as secure
