Your responsibilities include:


  • Professional and disciplinary management of the purchasing department
  • Ensuring and participating in operational purchasing / disposition of raw materials, purchased parts, packaging, services, and operating supplies
  • Ensuring and monitoring timely and quantitybased material availability to achieve sales and production goals
  • Strategic purchasing on a national / international level, including investment goods
  • Continuous optimization of purchasing conditions (prices, delivery/payment terms)
  • Determining planned needs and implementing annual price negotiations
  • Supplier development, supplier evaluation, and supplier selection
  • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the department and with interface processes

You meet the following requirements:


  • Commercial education or degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the plastics industry
  • Leadership experience and team spirit
  • Handson mentality, assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking
  • Negotiation skills in English
  • Good IT skills in MS Office, ERP, NAV/BC365 advantageous
