    Milo and Olive is looking for a talented Sr. Sous Chef to join our management team. We are a high-volume, fast paced, and from-scratch kitchen that prides itself in serving only the best organic, Italian cuisine.

    This position requires at least 2 prior years of kitchen management experience and includes, but is not limited to the following...

    Ability to:

    -confidently lead a large team of cooks during a busy service

    -set up stations and execute daily specials

    -train on and work all stations when needed

    -take and give direction, training and coaching on a daily basis

    -create and follow daily task lists, check out station lists and manage small operational challenges

    -see opportunities and communicate with management team about needs and concerns

    -learn and grow in this position

    -create and contribute to execution of dishes and menu changes

    -lead by example and motivate team in a fast paced-environment

    We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a high-volume business and contribute to making it better. You should be passionate about organic produce, fresh pastas, wood-burning dishes and rustic Italian cuisine. You must be able to conduct a busy service with
