Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our team in the Purchasing department.


Your future responsibilities:
You will contribute to the proactive material supply for production and report to the Purchasing Supervisor.

  • You will assist in selecting suppliers in collaboration with product managers.
  • You will support in negotiating prices and delivery and payment terms.
  • You will place orders with international suppliers and manage a designated supplier base.
  • You will monitor order confirmations and handle complaints.
  • You will maintain product data in the JDE and PRMS inventory systems.
  • You will ensure close collaboration with the product development and bill of materials departments, as well as the receiving warehouse and accounting.
  • You will utilize and adapt IT systems to meet the company's needs in collaboration with the IT department.
