The individual tasks include:

  • Processing and handling of applications according to Chapter 7 of the Social Code Book XII (inpatient and outpatient care) including assistance for subsistence and basic security in old age and in case of reduced earning capacity
  • Processing of applications according to the North Rhine-Westphalia Old Age and Care Act (care housing allowance)
  • Counseling for those seeking help and facilities
