- Directs and oversees the organization's contract administration function, ensuring that contract negotiation strategies support the overall business strategy.
- Oversees the negotiation and administration of the organization's contracts.
- Responsible for the development of standard contract documents, including terms and conditions.
- Reviews and edits or approves significant or substantial contractual changes.
- Monitors the work of a team of contract analysts/administrators that prepare, negotiate, review, and revise contracts.
- Establishes and administers contracting strategies that are meant to improve business performance and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- May assist with pricing, quotations, or proposals for the sale of organizational goods and services.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & Senior Leadership.

- 8-10 years experience in a relevant function (cost estimating, related accounting, purchasing)
