- Act as senior member of the Customer Experience Team in regards to skill level, work load, ability to handle complex tasks and/or ability to train other members of the Customer Experience Team on an ongoing basis.
- Develop relationships with key people at each designated/assigned customer.
- Assist department in processing non-designated/assigned customer orders and quotes and phone support.
- Product selection and quotation expert
- Coordinate order processing to be efficient and accurate
- Expedite and provide status updates on orders
- Inventory evaluation and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Coordinate technical support when necessary
- Routinely goes above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
