Description

• Set up, program, and operate the CNC VB80 Bender machine to bend various metal materials according to design specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate and precise bending outcomes.
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Inspect finished parts to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Crosstrain in other areas of fabrication, including cutting, welding, and assembly, to support production needs.
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Previous experience operating CNC bending machines is preferred
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Detailoriented with a focus on precision in executing fabrication tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production targets.
• Familiarity with other fabrication processes such as cutting, welding, and assembly is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal fabrication is preferred.
